Utilities
Nebraska is a 100% public power state enabling it to provide electric power at rates lower than most states. The City of Imperial provides electric, water and sanitary sewer services. Natural gas is provided by Black Hills Energy. Communications services are available through Allo Communications and Great Plains Communications.
