Text Box: Imperial EMS Imperial EMS has approximately 20 certified volunteer EMT-B’s and 5 ambulance drivers.  Chase County has two ambulances located in Imperial and two located in Wauneta.  All ambulances and equipment are owned by Chase County.  The City of Imperial provides training, housing of the ambulances and a training/meeting room.  Imperial EMS averages 250 calls per year which includes medical  emergencies, inter-hospital transfers, flight for life transfers, MVA’s, assisting Imperial Volunteer Fire Dept, football games, motocross, high school rodeos and any other outside event that needs us.  Imperial EMS sponsors 2 scholarships for graduating seniors.

Text Box: Imperial Police Department   The Imperial Police Department is fully staffed by four full-time Officers. Police Offices are located at 637 Broadway. Much of the time, officers are on patrol, and the office is not staffed with secretarial personnel. The department is dispatched through the Chase County Sheriff's Department, and officers can be reached by calling the Sheriff's office at 882-4748. In the case of an emergency, dial 911.
