Imperial encourages the expansion of its existing businesses as well as the development of additional services needed to serve both our community and Chase County. Imperial's locally controlled business development and expansion incentives include an Economic Development Loan Program, Tax Increment Financing and a Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund.
